Morgan is a PMP-certified project management and change management leader with two decades of experience across the nonprofit, education, and health and wellness sectors. Trained in change management, she brings structure and discipline to complex initiatives, sequencing work to an organization's real capacity so strategy becomes lasting practice. Her background also includes website strategy and digital product development. With a problem-solving mindset and a people-centered approach, she leads the complex projects that carry organizations forward.

Bridgid is a CFRE-certified fundraising professional with 20 years of nonprofit and social impact expertise, consistently delivering measurable results in fundraising and development. A strategic thinker and relationship-builder, she specializes in fund development, donor engagement, major gifts, and campaign management. Her data-driven approach keeps every initiative rooted in actionable insight, and her strong, lasting partnerships amplify organizational impact at every level, from grassroots nonprofits to established institutions.
